The main objective of the PEESE Programme is to enable graduates to conduct challenging research work in the area of process sciences and engineering. The study course for M.Sc. Process - Energy - Environmental Systems Engineering is an innovative study course to combine chemical engineering, environmental technology and process engineering. This course focuses on modeling, simulation, automation and optimisation of processes in environmental technology, energy, biology, chemical engineering and water supply and distribution or other equivalent subjects. Programme topics also includes management and intercultural skills. Since courses are tought both in English and German language skills are required to attend the courses. A language course for German is offered.

You can start in English, but you must complete the TestDaF after the first semster.
A preparatory course is offered.

Study focus
The programme includes technical and managerial studies focusing on process technology. Process synthesis, process simulation, process control, process optimisation, management, and intercultural competence are the main modules. Additional electives may be chosen.

Studies abroad
The internship (10 weeks) can be performed at any site outside your home country. (click here)

1. Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering/ Chemical Engineering/Energy/Environmental Engineering or similar
2. TOEFL 213 (550+) or similar

Location
